Last updated: June 2026This policy explains what data spiderssense.com collects and how it is used. We keep it minimal — we are a technical service, not an advertising business.
1. Data we collect
Account: a username and a salted, hashed password (we never store passwords in plain text).
Billing: your balance, top-up records and payment identifiers from our crypto payment provider. We do not receive or store your wallet, card or banking details.
Usage: per-request logs — model used, token counts, cost, status and timestamp — to power billing and your dashboard.
2. Request content
To fulfil a request, its content is forwarded to the relevant third-party model provider. We do not sell your prompts or completions and do not use them for advertising.
Third-party providers process forwarded content under their own policies, which are outside our control.
3. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
4. How we use data
To operate the Service: authenticate you, meter and bill usage, show your dashboard, and prevent abuse and fraud.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
5. Retention
We retain account, billing and usage records for as long as your account exists and as needed for accounting and anti-fraud purposes.
6. Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Access is over your own API keys, which you must keep secret. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
