Terms of Service

1. What the Service is

spiderssense.com is an API gateway that resells access to third-party AI model providers through a single OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible endpoint.

We are an independent reseller. We do not own, operate or control the underlying model providers and are not affiliated with them.

2. Pricing

We resell access below prevailing market rates. Prices are shown per model in your dashboard and may change at any time without notice.

All usage is prepaid: you spend from a balance you top up in advance. Requests are rejected when your key has no balance.

3. Payments & balance (non-refundable)

Balance is purchased in advance via our crypto payment provider and credited to your account.

All payments are final. Prepaid balance is non-refundable and non-withdrawable — including, without limitation, in the event of downtime, outages, errors, rate-limiting, deprecation or price changes of any upstream model provider.

We do not provide refunds for unused balance.

4. Service provided “as is”

The Service is provided strictly “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uptime, latency, model availability, or that any request will succeed.

5. Third-party providers

Requests are fulfilled by third-party model providers. Their availability, behaviour, output, pricing and policies are outside our control.

We are not responsible or liable for any third-party provider outage, downtime, degradation, error, content, model change or discontinuation. Such events do not entitle you to a refund.

6. Your responsibilities

Keep your API keys secret. You are fully responsible for all usage and charges incurred on your keys, including unauthorised use resulting from your failure to keep them secret.

You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law or any upstream provider’s policy. You are responsible for the prompts you send and the output you use.

7. Suspension

We may suspend, limit or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, attempt fraud, or threaten its stability or security, without refund.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
